Rules and Account Suspension Procedure in Taavia
✅ Taavia may suspend user accounts under specific circumstances to maintain security, service quality, and compliance with the rules. Below are the reasons for account suspension, the review process, and how to restore an account.
1. Reasons for Account Suspension
A) Violations related to abuse of Taavia service: 🔹 Unauthorized use of the service to send spam or unwanted advertisements.
🔹 Posting prohibited, illegal, offensive, racist, or threatening content.
🔹 Misuse of Taavia services to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data.
🔹 Attempting to bypass Taavia’s security systems.
B) Violation of financial and payment regulations: 🔹 Failure to pay the subscription fee on time.
🔹 Use of invalid or fraudulent payment methods.
🔹 Violation of the terms of use of the token-based payment model.
C) Technical and security violations: 🔹 Sending abnormal requests that disrupt the service’s operation.
🔹 Use of bots or malicious scripts to interact with the system.
🔹 Attempting to modify or manipulate Taavia service codes.
D) Violating other users’ rights: 🔹 Stealing or disclosing other users’ personal information.
🔹 Using a fake or deceptive identity.
🔹 Posting content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights.
2. Account Suspension Stages
🔹 Stage 1 – Initial Warning:
If a violation is detected, the user receives a warning email outlining the type of violation, ways to fix the issue, and a deadline for resolution.
If the issue is resolved, the user’s account remains active.
🔹 Stage 2 – Temporary Suspension:
If the user fails to resolve the issue or commits another violation, the account is temporarily suspended.
The suspension period may last from 1 to 7 days depending on the type of violation.
The user can request a re-evaluation via the support email.
🔹 Stage 3 – Permanent Suspension or Account Deletion:
If the user commits serious or repeated violations, their account may be permanently blocked.
Users have the opportunity to appeal at this stage, but in some cases (such as severe security violations), the account is immediately blocked.
3. How to Restore a Suspended Account

✅ Taavia will review the request and respond within 48 hours.
✅ In some cases, the user may be required to sign a commitment agreement to comply with the rules to restore their account.
4. Important Notes Regarding Account Suspension
🔹 Upon suspension, access to stored data and information will be restricted.
🔹 Taavia will not refund any active subscription fees.
🔹 Users whose accounts are blocked are not allowed to re-register with the same information.
